Hi, I'm Roy. For the past year or so, I've been talking with people here on X about their job searches and about the personal stack I use to apply for jobs. Now I've started selling it. I stay anonymous because I've stacked up to 14 jobs at once. Everyone I've spoken with hates LinkedIn and the HR process at nearly every company today. Hiring is completely broken, and even more so in the age of AI. I've tried nearly every job search tool there is, and none of them worked. They took massive amounts of time, didn't filter for me or my goals, and were incredibly frustrating. So I built my own dataset and a fully AI-powered set of tools. In the last year, that stack has taken me through nearly 400 interview processes and phone calls and landed me a hundred or so offers. Many of you have asked for my job application and interview prep stack, so I've finally built it into a proper product. Now I'm sharing it with you. Introducing Applystead. 7,883,182 jobs tracked.
